Delivery & Billing

  • Orders are processed automatically based on your selected delivery schedule (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 weeks)
  • Billing occurs before each shipment is prepared
  • You will receive a reminder notification prior to each renewal

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. This includes:

  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Swapping or adding products
  • Updating shipping or payment details
  • Skipping a shipment

Changes must be made before the billing cutoff (typically 24–48 hours before renewal).


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will automatically retry the payment method
  • You will be notified to update your payment details
  • Subscriptions may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be completed

Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription orders follow our standard return policy
  • Opened or used products may not be eligible for return (unless defective)

Discounts & Promotions

  • Subscription discounts are applied only to active subscriptions
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
