Register a alex & chloe customer account or login to your existing customer account to access the rewards. Earn points every time you shop (10 points with every dollar spent) and redeem them for money off your next order.

At Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC, we value and appreciate our customers. Our Loyalty Reward Program is designed to thank you for your continued support.
Eligibility
The Loyalty Reward Program is open to customers who make qualifying purchases with Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC.
Participation is free and optional.
Customers must provide accurate contact information to receive rewards.
Earning Rewards
Rewards are earned based on eligible purchases.
Points/rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Rewards are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, or discounted/promotional items unless otherwise stated.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this. Please contact us.
Redeeming Rewards
Rewards may be redeemed only toward products.
Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
I don’t have a Loyalty Code
We’re sorry, without an order number from your online order confirmation, Loyalty Summary code on the payment receipt, we cannot append points to your account.
Expiration & Limitations
Rewards have No expiration date.
Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Lost or unused rewards will not be replaced.
Account Management
I want to change my email/phone
We can update your email address or phone number on your Rewards. If you’d like to create a new account, you may do so with your updated contact information. Please follow the instructions for deleting your account, then wait 48 hours to create a new account. If you delete your account your accumulated points, rewards will also be deleted.
I can’t log in to my Account
We’d be happy to verify the email address/phone number associated with your account. When signing in, be sure to input the most recent passcode sent via SMS or email to access your account. It may take up to a minute to send, so pay close attention to the timestamp on the message to ensure you’re using the most recent code.
I want to unsubscribe from Email
You can unsubscribe from Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC email communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails
Troubleshooting
Purpose
This Troubleshooting Rewards Policy explains how customers can resolve issues related to earning, viewing, redeeming, or maintaining rewards points within our Loyalty Rewards Program.
Common Issues & Solutions
1. Points Not Showing
Points may take up to 24–72 hours to appear after an eligible purchase.
- Ensure you were logged into the correct account at checkout.
- Confirm the order was completed and not canceled or refunded.
- Promotional or bonus points may post separately.
2. Missing or Incorrect Points
If you believe points were calculated incorrectly:
- Verify that the items purchased were eligible for rewards.
- Check that any discounts or promotions used did not exclude rewards.
- Contact customer support with your order number and account email.
3. Rewards Not Redeeming
If a reward code does not apply:
- Check minimum purchase requirements.
- Ensure the reward is valid for the items in your cart.
- Rewards cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
4. Account or Login Issues
- Make sure you are signed in using the same email used to enroll.
- Creating multiple accounts may cause points to not work
5. Delayed Bonus or Promotional Points
Bonus points from special offers may take longer to process and will be added once the promotion’s terms are met.
How to Request Help
If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please contact customer support with:
- Full name
- Email associated with the rewards account
- Order number(s)
- Description of the issue
Requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Limitations & Adjustments
- We reserve the right to correct errors, adjust point balances, or cancel rewards obtained through misuse, fraud, or system error.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cancellations
If a purchase that earned rewards is canceled, the associated rewards will be deducted from the customer’s account.
Program Changes
Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Reward Program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Abuse or Misuse
Any abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity related to the Loyalty Rewards Program or the site may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of rewards.
