Due to the nature of our products/services, we do not accept returns, exchanges, But may accept refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@alexandchloesoap.com or info@alexandchloesoap.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
