1. Purpose

The purpose of this Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) is to reward and thank customers for their continued support and purchases. This policy outlines how members earn, redeem, and maintain rewards.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to customers aged 18 years or older.

  • Membership is free unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers must create an account to participate.

  • Only one account per individual is permitted.

3. Earning Points

Members earn points through qualifying activities, including:

  • Purchases: Earn 50 point per $ spent (before taxes, shipping, and discounts).

  • Promotions: Bonus points may be offered during promotional periods.

  • Special Actions: Points may be awarded for referrals, reviews, birthdays, or social engagement.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed for discounts, free products, exclusive offers, or other rewards.

  • 100 points = $10 reward (or as specified by current program structure).

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Points Expiration

  • Points have no expiration date. 

6. Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

  • Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest.

  • You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this. Please contact us.

7. Account Management

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

  • Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of accounts.

  • Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Program may result in termination and forfeiture of points and the site.

8. Program Changes & Termination

  • Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes may include earning rates, reward values, expiration terms, or eligibility rules.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with the Alex & Chloe Soap Company LLC Privacy Policy.
